Why we invest

The Anthropocene is a geological epoch that began when humans began to impact Earth's geology, landscape, limnology, and ecosystems. The effects of human activity on Earth are evident in biodiversity loss, climate change, habitat degradation, and reduced air, soil, and water quality. We believe new technologies are necessary to help humankind save the Earth and we invest in technologies with this mission in mind. We call the technological age that will usher in new engineering and science that can be applied to reduce human impacts on the planet the "Robocene."
